You can see a landlord house in a place called Batikamari in Maksudpur upazila of Gopalganj district. Locally known as Batikamari zamindari house. Some of the temples of the zamindar house have survived today. It is believed that the temples built in the 16th century. The temples of Batikamari zamindar house are not only in Gopalganj district but one of the oldest archaeologists among some of the surrounding districts.
